Club Hockey

My entire club history has been at Powerhouse / St. Kilda Hockey Club, where I've kept the goals for the last five seasons (near 100 games I think)! 2005 was to be promising for the club, and a relatively good season for me in the 2nd XI (Pennant B). Loss of players for the 2005 really hurt the club, finishing a very disappointing 9th in both State League 2 (1st XI) and Pennant B (2nd XI). Our Women's 1st XI (Women's State League 1) have again, kept their place in the top competition for Victoria!
For Season 2006, the 1st XI are in State League 3 - where they should enjoy some healthy competition (and hopefully some very healthy victories!)... and the 2nd XI have dropped down back to Pennant C - after having gained a well-deserved promotion in 2002. My position in the club is in the the 1st team - that being State League 3!
With hopefully (at the moment) quite a handfull of players set to return - a whole lot of 3pointer wins is on offer, those on which the teams will grab each game! So... whenever I put the fixture up (wait for 2006), please make sure you come to some matches, watch yours truly take some players out, and really enjoy the game!

School Hockey

Since I've now completed school; my 9year playing history at Brighton Grammar had come to an end aswell. Playing in the top Under-Age and Open teams that I was eligible for was a good thing I have to admit! Highlights of those 9years including Captain in 1998, 1999 and Vice-Captain in 1997, and a memorable 5-5 match against CGS! Also "Best & Fairest" awards in 1995 and 1998!
Unfortunately we never won any Premierships in my time... and I didn't manage to score a goal in my 1st XI stint, the NZ Tour goal doesn't count! Through my 9years though I managed to rack up enough green and yellow cards at worst, also a whole load of goals with that!
Thanks to those guys who I played against and those in my teams! And also a huge thanks to the committed few who came to support - you know who you are...
